Position: Cashier / Stock / Sales Team Member
About: Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits, is looking to hire Retail Team Members who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, processing transactions, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers opportunities to work as cashiers, sales specialists, or merchandisers/stock associates in a dynamic retail environment. Employees will report to the store management team and have the chance to become industry experts in the retail field within a thriving company.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Experience in retail sales, cashier/cash handling, merchandising, or inventory preferred; Strong interpersonal skills; Value collaboration and teamwork; Desire to develop retail service skills; WSE, Sommelier, or other industry certification preferred; Ability to meet physical requirements such as prolonged standing, lifting, and climbing;
