Requirements: Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older; Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays; Communication Skills: Ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English; Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication; Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs; Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check; Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude; Detail-Oriented: Ability to notice details that enhance customer experiences; Reliable and Responsible: Reliable presence during critical midday and early evening hours; Flexible: Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment; Experience is a Plus: Previous retail or customer service experience appreciated, but not required.
