Position: Cashier/Salad Bar Prep – Governor Livingston High School
About: Pomptonian Food Service is hiring a cashier for their establishment in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Cashiers will be responsible for maintaining monetary transactions, recognizing complete meals, interpreting eligibility information, and following approved procedures by the Bureau of Child Nutrition. Additionally, they will assist with food preparation and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds; familiarity with cafeteria equipment and POS systems; punctuality and reliability; teamwork and multitasking skills; adaptability to changes and learning new procedures; completion of applicable training programs
