Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is preferred; proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); strong communication skills (both written and verbal); basic math skills for cash handling; critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to collaborate effectively with other departments; legible handwriting and proficiency in operating cash registers and other equipment; a valid driver’s license; must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen
