Position: Cashier job
About: Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at a retail store. They are responsible for processing Checkout and/or Return transactions and monitoring the Self-Checkout area. Cashiers proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information, identify selling opportunities, and follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier supervises Cashiers, expedites price checks, approves Point of Sale transactions and markdowns, and provides first-level escalation for customer issues. They also assist in coaching and training other Front End Associates.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of Cashier experience preferred
