Position: Cashier job
About: Cashiers at our company play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. They process checkout and/or return transactions, monitor and maintain the self-checkout area, seek product/project knowledge to provide information to customers, and follow policies and procedures to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier supports Cashiers by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions, and providing first-level escalation for customer issues. The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of Cashier experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of Cashier experience preferred; strong customer service skills; proficiency in point of sale systems; ability to follow policies and procedures accurately
