Position: Cashier job
About: The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, is seeking a Cashier for their store located in Miami, Florida. The cashier will assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, operate a cash register, and maintain a clean and orderly store environment. The role also involves answering customer queries and handling donations.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; experience working in a retail store preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience; knowledge of effective customer service techniques and basic mathematics; ability to operate a cash register and communicate in English; meet attendance requirements; perform routine mathematical computations; lift objects weighing less than 50 lbs.
