Requirements: Education & Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong customer service background. Preferred Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, prior automotive experience, knowledge of automotive parts, and two to three years of prior customer service relations. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and graphics. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into documents and presentations. Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
