Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Happy, inviting, people-pleasing personality; Passionate about helping people and providing a positive customer experience; Fast learner with a curiosity to learn more; Computer & technology proficient; Detail-oriented with an appreciation for accuracy and accountability; Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; Punctual; Safety conscious; Self-starter with an ‘I Can Do’ attitude; Passion for plants and the outdoors; Able to lift 25 lbs & stamina to remain on your feet throughout the work shift; Efficiently and effectively communicate and interact with team members and customers; Professional phone etiquette; Accurately and responsibly handle cash; Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
