Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; exceptional customer service skills; comfort with computer systems and software; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills; ability to adapt communication style; physical capability to lift and move at least 30 pounds repetitively
