About: Cash Stop, a retail store specializing in home improvement products, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Head Cashier to join their team. The Head Cashier will contribute to the efficient operation of the store by supervising and supporting Cashiers in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a smooth checkout process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, possess strong product knowledge, and demonstrate leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment at Cash Stop.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of Cashier experience preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to adhere to policies and procedures; strong leadership and coaching abilities
