Position: Cashier job
About: Cashiers at this retail store play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area, seek product/project knowledge to assist customers, and follow company policies to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier supports Cashiers by expediting price checks, approving transactions, and providing customer service escalation. They also assist in coaching and training other Front End Associates, including new Cashiers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of Cashier experience preferred; strong customer service skills; ability to handle transactions accurately and safely; knowledge of retail operations and procedures
