Position: Cashier job
About: Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. They process checkout and/or return transactions, monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area, seek product/project knowledge, follow policies to minimize shrink, and position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions. A Head Cashier provides first-level escalation for customer issues, assists in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates. Preferred qualification: 1+ years of cashier experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of cashier experience preferred; strong customer service skills; knowledge of POS systems; ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
