About: Virginia Health Sciences in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Cashier to operate fee computer gates, process payments, provide campus information and directions to guests, patients, and the public, and assist the customer service manager.
Requirements: Some knowledge of principles and processes for providing effective customer services and information; some knowledge of payment handling procedures and related equipment; some knowledge of procedures for calculating parking charges, collecting fees, and responding to customer inquiries; ability to interact effectively with the public and promote a positive image of the University.
