About: The Customer Service Specialist/Cashier position is a key role in a restaurant, responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction through positive engagement, order accuracy, quality product presentation, and speed of service. The successful candidate greets and engages guests, processes orders and payments, resolves inquiries, maintains a safe work area, handles orders with care, and keeps the service area clean and stocked.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; ability to read and interpret documents; physical ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, handle, feel, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities; occasional exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise level in the work environment
