Requirements: High school education or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred; ability to verbally communicate clearly in English; ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablets; comfortable using kiosk system and adapting to IT upgrades and changes; ability to work in inclement weather and stand for most of the shift
