Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; previous server or restaurant experience preferred. Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills required; English language and professional communication skills are necessary; ability to work in a team environment; problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and organization skills essential; commitment to quality service, food, and beverage knowledge; capable of handling multiple priorities, working calmly under pressure, and exercising good judgment; proficient in using tablets, point of sale equipment, and telephones with accuracy; must maintain a friendly and positive attitude even during busy periods.
