Position: Cashier job
About: Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at a retail establishment. They are responsible for processing checkout and return transactions, monitoring and maintaining the self-checkout area, and proactively seeking product/project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities. The Head Cashier plays a supervisory role, positioning cashiers, expediting price checks, and providing support in various areas like point of sale transactions, returns, and special services. They also handle customer escalations and participate in coaching and training initiatives for other front-end associates, leveraging their cash handling experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of cashier experience preferred
