Position: Cashier (Hourly)
About: Contra Costa College Cashier’s Office at Contra Costa College is seeking a Cashier for a part-time, hourly position. The Cashier will be responsible for receiving and processing cash and checks for various fees and charges, as well as performing clerical and customer service duties.
Requirements: Two (2) years of experience performing customer service and cashier duties; Possession of a high school diploma or GED; Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of cash handling, proper operation of store equipment, and modern software applications; Ability to record and maintain proper documentation, understand and carry out instructions, communicate effectively, establish cooperative work relationships, and demonstrate sensitivity and respect towards diverse backgrounds.
