Position: Cashier – Full Time/Days-1st Shift (Medical Center)
About: Houston Methodist, a renowned hospital affiliated with the Weill Medical College of Cornell University and New York-Presbyterian Hospital, is currently seeking a Cashier to handle cash, credit, and various payment transactions in retail food operation areas. The Cashier will ensure accurate and efficient completion of transactions, provide receipts, handle cashier reports, and assist in other areas of the food operation.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent education required; one year experience operating a cash register in a food service establishment or equivalent situation; Food Handlers Permit certification; proficiency in English language; basic math skills; ability to communicate effectively; team player with basic calculator knowledge; knowledge of local Food Ordinances
