Requirements: Must be a minimum of 16 years of age; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to use computers and office software effectively; Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism; American Red Cross certifications (First Aid and CPR/AED within 3 months of hire); Basic math skills; Previous cash-handling experience; Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail; Strong organizational skills; Knowledge of aquatic programs and safety procedures desired
