Position: Cashier Casino & Total Rewards- Full Time (Horseshoe-LV)
About: Caesars Rewards Program is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in soliciting and identifying new premium slot customers on the casino floor. The role involves providing excellent service to customers while signing up new Caesars Rewards members and maintaining customer information accurately.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred; previous customer service experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills; some computer experience required; outgoing personality with the ability to generate business; at least 21 years of age; able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card; fluent in English; able to work any shift and any day of the week; able to move around the casino/hotel areas through the shift; able to stand and walk for long periods; familiar with the Caesars Rewards program benefits; able to handle fast-paced customer demands calmly; physically able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, lift up to 25 pounds, and work at a desk; manual dexterity to operate various equipment including computer, fax machine, and printer; comfortable with areas containing second-hand smoke
