Position: Case Manager – Porter
About: Join The Doe Fund on our mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism by providing holistic services, housing, and work opportunities to underserved populations. The Doe Fund operates the flagship transitional work program Ready, Willing & Able, integrating paid work, occupational training, and supportive services for individuals’ reintegration into society. This Case Manager position is based in Porter Avenue, Brooklyn.
Requirements: High school diploma required; 2+ years of experience in Human Services/Case Management; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Mail/Documents; bilingual preferred; CASAC certification preferred; ability to work with clients on parole
