Position: Carryout Manager
About: As a Carry Out Manager at Malnati Organization, you will shape the culture of the Carry Out and work towards a high level of team member engagement and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving budgeted financial goals, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members, as well as maintaining inventory, sanitation, and quality standards set by the organization. The role involves coordinating special events, managing cash operations, and ensuring the location is prepared and maintained according to business needs and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus; minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience strongly preferred; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; training in all aspects of the Carry Out operations; thorough knowledge of Company products, services, policies, and procedures; ability to lift and handle goods weighing up to 80 pounds; ability to work varied hours, including holidays, and rotate to other locations; flexibility to manage labor and balance spreadsheets; proactive in creating a safe, fun, efficient, positive team environment; ability to operate all necessary equipment and lead a team effectively
