Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred; communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills; patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors; valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
