Position: Caregiver Lead

Requirements: High school diploma or GED strongly preferred and may be required per state regulations; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members, residents, and family members; must be at least 18 years of age; demonstrate leadership competencies; previous experience working with seniors; ability to handle multiple priorities; competent in organizational and time management skills; competent in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications; ability to remain calm in difficult situations
