Requirements: Bachelors degree in a Business, Analytical, STEM, or Economic field of study; 4 years of experience in workforce management including scenario modeling, data analysis tools, and staffing technologies; General understanding of staffing, forecasting, and capacity planning methodologies; Experience with data applications and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, NICE WFM, and capacity modeling tools; Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and influencing strategies
