Position: Campus Store Clerk/Barista
About: Under the direction of the Manager of Campus Hospitality, the Campus Store Clerk assists in the KCU convenience store operation, coffee shop, and ancillary retail services. The Clerk supports the Manager in inventory control, sales and returns, vendor relations, cash management, and related reporting. Availability to work occasional Saturdays with advanced notice.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years’ experience in a retail operation with an emphasis on customer service, cash handling, and inventory; previous barista experience strongly preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills are essential; ability to work diplomatically and effectively with all faculty, staff, and students; demonstrated ability to work independently; self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented; excellent follow-through skills essential.
