Position: Call Center Representative

About: Sterling Search Partner is assisting a Tupelo client in their search for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. Interviews are scheduled for the week of 4/28, with a start date of May 19th. During training, the work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM for the first 2 months. After training, the schedule will be 5 days a week between Monday – Saturdays, with a day off on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Shifts will be from 11:00AM to 8:00PM, and Saturdays are required with shifts from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus; previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; proficiency in computer systems and software; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
