Position: Call Center Representative
About: Sterling Search Partner is assisting a Tupelo client in the search for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. Interviews will be conducted the week of 4/28, and the start date is May 19th. Training schedule includes the first 2 months Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. After training, the schedule will be 5 days a week between Monday – Saturdays, with one weekday off, and a shift from 11:00AM – 8:00PM. Saturdays are required with shifts either 7:00AM – 3:30PM or 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
