Position: California – Chili’s Grill & Bar, Restaurant Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; Strong leadership and communication skills; Excellent problem-solving abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of food safety regulations; Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members; Understanding of financial aspects of managing a restaurant; Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
