Position: Cake Decorator, Full Time
About: McEntyre’s Bakery, Inc. located at 1184 Concord Road in Smyrna, GA is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cake Decorator to join their team. The position involves decorating a variety of cake styles with buttercream icing, including Birthday, Shower, Specialty Shaped, Wedding Cakes, and other special occasion cakes. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for filling cake orders in a timely manner, engaging in some customer consultation, and managing the ordering and inventory of cake and decorating supplies. Teamwork and willingness to assist in various bakery tasks are essential qualities for this role.
Requirements: Ability to work quickly through multiple tasks, remain attentive to production schedules, and take a proactive approach to equipment setup and preparation; Extensive experience in cake decorating with buttercream icing is a requirement; Experience with rolled fondant icing is a plus but not required
