Position: Cage-Cage Cashier
About: Responsible for the accurate handling of chip, coin and currency transactions. Distributes money to gaming guests via check cashing, conversion of coins, tokens and gaming checks into currency, exchanges foreign currencies and establishes credit for gaming guests.
Requirements: Education; High school diploma or the equivalent. Licenses; Gaming Registration. Other; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Prior casino money handling or bank experience preferred. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work in a standing position. Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all federal, state and local regulatory permits as required by position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have excellent guest and human relations’ skills. Must be able to communicate clearly within the department and with guests. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Must have working knowledge of Regulation 6A. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
