Position: CAFETERIA COOK
About: At Miraval, a wellness resort that embraces individuality and offers creative opportunities, a Cafe Cook is sought to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food service in the Colleague Dining Room, including meal preparation, buffet stocking, and ensuring dining room cleanliness.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume food service operation; or have a combination of professional work experience with formal culinary training. Cafeteria or similar experience is preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate good communication skills, knife skills, product knowledge, and identification, as well as knowledge of various cooking methods. This position involves standing for long periods and requires the ability to lift moderate weights. Candidates must have open morning and afternoon availability, including weekends and holidays.
