Position: Cafe Server
About: Under direction from the Operations Manager, the Cafe associate is responsible for providing high quality customer service, establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the café and the store.
Requirements: Proven restaurant or serving experience; ability to work in a team; possession of strong technical background in specialty skills such as communication, multitasking, cleanliness, organization skills; hands-on experience in cashier duties; responsible and trustworthy; openness to learning and developing new skills and processes; high school graduate or equivalent preferred
