Requirements: One year of previous restaurant/hospitality and shift supervisory experience required; Health department license or certification as per state or local requirements; Experience and proficiency with Stumptown espresso preparation standards; Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable and achieve goals; Passion for coffee and educating others; Excellent communication skills; Availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and reliable work ethic.
