Position: Cafe, Manager – New Restaurant Concept Miami

Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of previous hospitality supervisory/management experience within a high-end cafe or quick-service setting is essential; Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines is required; Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in hospitality and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills required; Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail; Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred; 21+ years of age
