About: Velvet Taco in Atlanta, GA is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen Experience to join their team. This unique taco concept offers a chef-driven menu in a fast-casual setting, focusing on fresh ingredients and diverse cultural influences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1-3 years proven experience running high-volume full service or fast-casual restaurant concept; must be over 21 years of age; food handlers certification/Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET); understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; results-driven and team-oriented
