Position: Cafe Manager

Requirements: At least 2 years of leadership experience in the specialty coffee industry; proven supervisory skills with the ability to self-direct and creatively troubleshoot; proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling; strong organizational and detail-oriented skills; a strong ethical approach to guest service and team management; flexibility to work various hours/days based on business needs; must possess a valid New York State Food Handler’s License
