Position: Cafe Lead – Pulitzer Hall
About: Joe Coffee Cafe is seeking knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Coffee Cafe Leads to support general business operations, staff development, and coffee quality. The Cafe Leads assist the General Manager with operational tasks and initiatives, ensuring execution of Joe quality standards for all offerings and hospitality. They collect data in conjunction with the QC team, perform routine equipment maintenance, and provide staff coaching for a robust coffee environment in the cafe.
Requirements: Passionate and knowledgeable about specialty coffee; Strong barista with excellent espresso/drink making skills; Service experience adhering to recipes and presentations; Great customer service with a focus on hospitality; Leadership skills to educate cafe staff; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality; Tidy and self-disciplined; Possession of a Food Protection License
