Position: Cafe General Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; five (5) years of restaurant management, operations, and personnel experience as a General Manager in a high-volume coffee shop type restaurant; strong understanding of First-Class Guest Service; belief and support in the Mission Statement and Core Values; ability to manage for results in a team environment; willingness to work flexible hours in a 7/365 work environment
