Position: Cafe Food Server – (Part-Time) – Wildfire Lake Mead
About: This position is a combination of Busser, Food Server, and general table maintenance for the Wildfire Properties. Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, serving food to guests, ensuring table cleanliness, completing side work, and using suggestive selling techniques. Knowledge of menu, beverages, food preparation, and prices is required. Compliance with cash and comp handling procedures is essential.
Requirements: Must be minimum age of 21.; Customer service experience; Must be able to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and work a flexible schedule.
