Position: Cafe FOH/BOH Team Member
About: Urban Air Pearland, the indoor adventure park located in Pearland, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Café Team Members to join their team. Team Members will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the Urban Air Café, ensuring a positive experience through efficient food and drink service, interaction with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; previous restaurant/quick service experience preferred; basic math skills of adding and subtracting required; ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred; friendly and engaging personality with good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under pressure and with the public; willingness to learn, take instruction, and work independently; effective team player with a sense of discipline and urgency; accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
