Position: Cafe Cook, Mardi Gras Casino
About: Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Cafe Cooks to join the team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The cafe cook will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Delaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort, offering various entertainment options, including table games, slot machines, live greyhound racing, and dining establishments, along with a 150-room hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food service preferred; knowledge of proper food handling procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills
