About: Perks Cafe, powered by Lulafit, a coffee and cocktail bar located in the One South office building in Charlotte, NC’s Uptown neighborhood, is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Back-of-House Specialist to join their team and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic and creative environment.
Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in restaurant industry for food prep, cooking, and kitchen standards; Physical Demands: Bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods; Skills: Basic math skills, POS system operation; Age: Must be 21 or older; Certificates: Foodservice Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
