Position: Cafe Barista
About: The Cafe Barista role at McDonald Automotive entails preparing and serving coffee and beverages to customers while ensuring top-notch customer service at various Denver locations, including Audi Parker, Volkswagen, and Hyundai.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; 1-year of experience in a barista role is preferred; 1-year of prior customer service is required; Ability to listen well and communicate professionally and friendly; Ability to focus on and ensure customer satisfaction; Ability to practice basic safety procedures with equipment and hot beverages; Efficient, organized, and capable of building relationships with customers; Maintain a clean work environment and keep supplies replenished
