Position: Café Barista
About: James River Church is looking for a dedicated Food Manager to oversee all operations of the church’s food program, including meal catering opportunities, staff and event meals, and food service at the James River Church Retreat Center. The ideal candidate will ensure top product quality, proper staff/volunteer training, and alignment with the Food Services Department and church vision.
Requirements: High school diploma; Manager’s ServSafe Certificate (or obtain within 30 days of employment); experience or training in food service operations; flexibility in schedule and with various personalities; availability for off-site summer camps
