Position: Cabana Concierge Attendant (Volcano Bay)
About: A Cabana Concierge Attendant is responsible for helping Guests enjoy their stay at Universal Volcano Bay through setting expectations, troubleshooting, and resolving Guest situations, and providing exemplary information and guidance on how to enhance and enjoy their day. Responsible for escorting Guests to their assigned cabana, providing attraction recommendations, explaining cabana amenities, and providing personalized service throughout the Guest’s visit. Ensure cabanas remain show ready for Guests at all times throughout their visit. Provides service and support to both Guests and internal partners.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; 2 – 3 years previous Guest Service experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred; Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast pace environment; Six months – one year providing direction preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
