Position: C-LIST BANQUET SERVER
About: The Banquet Server role is crucial to the success of banquet and catering events, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during special occasions such as weddings, conferences, and parties. Collaborating closely with the banquet captain and event staff, the Banquet Server contributes to creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests.
Requirements: Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar customer service role is preferred; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; knowledge of food and beverage service procedures; physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting trays; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; basic math skills; professional appearance and grooming standards
