Position: Buying Manager
About: National Buying Services is the department dedicated to acquiring goods for ALDI customers, ensuring the best value and quality in every aspect. The Buying Manager role involves purchasing products for all ALDI locations nationwide, shaping product offerings, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; minimum 5 years of progressive experience in category management, supply chain, and retail operations required; ability to recommend, interpret, and apply company policies and procedures; conflict management skills; strong track record of leading and developing teams; ability to think critically and analytically
